For short-term stays an additional charge of 40 € for final clean-up will be imposed. The following additional expenses are included in the price: water (hot and cold), electricity and heating (see exception winter season), as well as bed linen, dish towels and bath room towels. Small Children: From 0-2 years are free of charge. Travel-cot for small children 14 € per stay. Visitor's tax: Additional visitor's tax is charged.
